Polish students travelling to Florence
Weronika, Justyna and Bartek are all in Class 6 at school. They're 12 years old.
They are very interested in meeting new friends from different countries and they just can't wait to go to Florence. They hope the meeting will be a great chance to learn about other cultures and practice their English.

The presentation of the Project during Gwarki parade in Tarnowskie Góry
During our town's three-day festival (11-13 September), our school had a chance to present The Happy Science project to all citizens of Tarnowskie Góry who gathered in the streets to watch the parade.
We prepared posters, flags and banners to show everybody what our partnership is about.
The students and teachers were very happy and proud walking in the streets presenting each country of our project!

Europe selebrate
From the European Commission: Four European schools were approved in the selection of proposals for sectoral partnerships School Program Comenius to start in 2009 with "The Happy S.C.I.E.N.C.E.”. The products of the Project will be concerned as one or more segments, like seven notes of a metaphorical composition.

The Acronym
The acronym S.C.I.E.N.C.E. (Search – Creativity – Instruction –
Education – Nature – Culture – Europe) represents the main fields where the partners will meet. This is the philosophy of the search and discovery, development and so-called critical thinking "out of the box".
In the process of creating the products our students and teachers will be improved decision-making, dealing with problem situations and the planning of subsequent steps.
